The addition of the Terrassa and Martorell centres, alongside the activities of Imagen Médica Digital (IMD), consolidates Alliance Medical Iberia’s growth strategy in diagnostic imaging.
Alliance Medical Iberia (AMI) has acquired Centre de Diagnòstic per la Imatge de Terrassa (CDIT), a company specialising in diagnostic imaging with centres in Terrassa and Martorell.
This acquisition marks another step in Alliance Medical Iberia’s growth strategy in Catalonia, a strategic region for the group’s development in Spain.
The addition of CDIT, together with AMI’s existing activities through Imagen Médica Digital (IMD), will strengthen its diagnostic imaging platform, combining the experience and expertise of local teams with the resources and investment capacity of Alliance Medical Group.
CDIT brings an established track record in diagnostic imaging, with particular expertise in women’s health and breast imaging, complementing IMD’s capabilities.
